Jennifer O. Camps

"I became a personal trainer because of my love of fitness and motivating others."

I played competitive soccer starting in early childhood and continued until a knee injury ended my career prior to college.  I attended Ithaca College in upstate New York before transferring to the University of Georgia where I graduated.  I am a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI)  as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.   I have a Certificate of Basic Nutrition, and hold certifications in TRX, Kettlebell and CPR & Automatic External Defibrillation (AED.)

I enjoy running, lifting weights, swimming, boxing and cycling.  I love to challenge myself and I am always amazed at how people are able to push themselves and their limits.  I strongly believe in the mind body connection and explore this in my own training and in life.

I live in Potomac, MD with my husband and three kids.  In my spare time,  I enjoy cooking, taking bike rides with my kids and enjoying time with friends and family.
